Lippia nodiflora

Description

Lippia nodiflora or frogfruit. Yes is a weird common name alright. A native rapidly spreading ground cover and is a good grass replacement.  While you don’t have to mow it, it is a more aggressive spreader than grass. It’s also not something that can take a lot of foot traffic especially without shoes as the flowers attract a lot of bees.
