Eriogonum giganteum-St. Catherine’s Lace – giant buckwheat. A native to California’s Channel Islands. Grows in full sun with an average size of H 4′ x W 5′, so give it a bit of space. The lacy white flowers heads turn brick red/brown and can be used in dried flower arrangements. Very drought tolerant after established and good bee and butterfly plant too.
