Eriogonum arborescens- Santa Cruz Island buckwheat- one of our Channel Island natives. Plant in full sun to part shade in coastal areas and part shade when planting inland. Flower spring through fall. Flowers white then turn red/brown. Good butterfly plant and excellent in dried flower arrangements.
