Ceanothus oliganthus or hairy Ceanothus. This Ceanothus grows though roughly coastal California through Baja. Tend to like it on the hot and dry side and can get big at 9′ x 9′. Flowers range from light blue to very dark blue. Blooming season is late winter through very early summer.
