Wild grape that’s native to most of the state with heaviest concentration in Central and Northern California. Leaves generally turn a red color in late fall. Fast growing in sunny spots. Has tendrils for grabbing – will cover a fence or wall.  Produces small grapes that, well, I’ve eaten but better left for the animal.
